Former Intel India head Avtar Saini, who led the design of the Pentium processor, died on Wednesday morning after a dashing automotive rammed his cycle in Navi Mumbai, police stated.
The 68-year-old was killed whereas he was driving his bicycle together with different cyclists at round 5.50 am on the Palm Seaside Street in Nerul. Fellow cyclists stated Mr Saini’s bicycle was hit from the again by a dashing taxi. As the driving force tried to flee, the cycle’s body acquired wedged below the automotive and Mr Saini was dragged for a long way.
Though he was carrying a helmet, Mr Saini suffered extreme accidents and was rushed to a close-by hospital the place docs declared him introduced lifeless.
The motive force of the cab was caught by the opposite cyclists and handed over to the police. A case of rash driving and inflicting dying resulting from negligence has been registered in opposition to him, police stated, including that he has not been arrested.

Intel India president Gokul V Subramaniam expressed grief over Mr Saini’s dying saying the prolific inventor could be remembered as a useful mentor at Intel.
