Three persons were injured on Monday during a fight in Panchsheel Vihar, Malviya Nagar, over a property dispute. A man who attempted to intervene in the fight died, with police suspecting cardiac arrest as the cause of death.
According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (South) Chandan Chowdhary, the argument over property distribution arose between the children of Ismat Ali, who had two wives.
An individual named Akki, who was riding a scooter, tried to pacify the situation but three persons ended up getting injured in the fight, and Akki suddenly collapsed. Initial investigation suggests that Akki may have died of a cardiac arrest, and further details will be revealed upon receiving the post-mortem report, the DCP added.
