In a stunning double homicide, a lady alongside along with her minor son received her parents-in-law killed of their residence in Gujarat’s Himmatnagar on April 30. She supplied Rs 10 lakh to 2 contract killers to hold out the killing and theft. 

Retired police constable Vikram Singh (65) used to reside in Himmatnagar’s Ram Nagar society together with his spouse Manhar Kunwarba (62), his son Vanraj Singh, daughter-in-law Mittal Kumari and grandson.

On the midday of April 30, when Vanraj Singh was out for work, two unknown males barged into the house. They looted Rs 35 lakh money and gold jewelry value Rs 42,25,000 from the locker in the home. The lads then attacked the couple, killed them by slitting their throats. Additionally they looted the jewelry worn by Manhar Kunwarba and ran away with luggage full of money and jewelry.

After the homicide, Mittal Kumari knowledgeable her husband that his mother and father had been killed. Vanraj Singh then reported the crime to police.

After interrogation, the police suspected the involvement of the daughter-in-law within the double homicide. Later, the police came upon that Mittal Kumari was not pleased along with her mother-in-law’s behaviour in direction of her. Pissed off with this, she determined to get the couple killed. She gave Rs 10 lakh to 2 contract killers – Het Patel and Vipul Singh – to hold out the homicide and theft.

The police have solved the crime and recovered the stolen money and jewelry. “In Himmatnagar city of Sabarkantha, on April 30, a retired cop and his spouse had been discovered lifeless. The police reached the spot and three groups to research the case. One of many accused is the daughter-in-law of the couple. A Rs 10 lakh deal was achieved to commit the homicide. Now we have recovered money value over Rs 30 lakh and jewelry value Rs 83 lakh,” mentioned police.
